Cornwall's only CYA Yoga Studio offering Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, YogaFlow, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Prenatal yoga and Lunchtime Yoga. Several Yoga classes will be offered daily, ranging from Hatha (Beginner and Advanced),Vinyasa, YogaFlow, Yin Yoga, Gentle and Senior Yoga.
