We are a fully equipped pilates studio in Regina SK. Certified STOTT PILATES & MELT Method We offer private lessons by appointment and group classes (5 - 8 max) in Barre, Matwork, Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Zenga, Cardio Trampoline and more!
Our instructors are STOTT PILATES� trained and certified.
