I Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend. This week there will be Yin Wed. night at 7pm, Restorative Friday night at 7 - 9 (almost full so confirm your spot) . Saturday morning Yoga Flow & Pilates Core 9 - 1030 Sunday Yin at 3pm and at 7pm.
